How do I use my Rarity League helmet in the Rivals game?
In order to use your Rarity League helmet that is on Ethereum in the NFL Rivals game, you will first need to transfer it to the Mythical Chain.
How to transfer your Rarity League helmet to NFL Rivals
To transfer your Rarity League helmet to the Mythical Chain:
Step 1: Begin Transfer & Login to Your Account
Go to https://nfl.rivals.game/rarityleaguetransfer and click on Begin transfer.
Log in to your Mythical account.
Step 2: Login to Your Wallet
Next, you will need to connect your wallet.

If you purchased your Rarity League helmet using a credit card with the same email as your Mythical account, your Winter Wallet will automatically connect when you log in.
If you purchased your helmet through Winter and it's in a Winter Wallet with an email that differs from your email attached to your Mythical account, please reach out to help@usewinter.com for support changing your email address to match your Mythical account. You will need to write from the email that Winter has on file as the purchasing email.
Personal Wallets
For your personal wallet, click Link wallet and follow the instructions:
Once your wallets are linked, click Save and proceed then click on the helmet you wish to transfer. You can only transfer one helmet at a time.
Click Transfer now at the bottom once you have selected the helmet you wish to transfer. This will initiate your transfer.
Make sure you have enough ETH in your wallet to pay gas to perform the transfer.
All noncustodial wallets (any wallet other than Winter Wallet) will require you to accept the wallet popup verifying your transfer.
Once your transfer is initiated, you will be sent to a confirmation screen where you can see your order number.
Take note of or copy down the order number for your records in the event you might need to reach out to customer support. You will receive a confirmation email once your helmet is available on the Mythical Chain.
When you receive confirmation that your transfer has completed, you will be able to use the item in game and trade it in the Mythical Marketplace.

Q. I had to pay for gas when I transferred my helmet. Will Mythical reimburse my gas fees?
A. Mythical will be reimbursing 0.003 ETH to any customer who bridges their helmet from a noncustodial wallet. Reimbursement of gas fees could take up to 5 business days.
Helmet Transfer Troubleshooting
I can’t see my Rarity League helmet in my inventory at all. What should I do?
Winter Wallet / Purchased with Credit Card
If your Rarity League Helmet is being held in a Winter Wallet and you did not move it to a personal wallet, please make sure that the email address on your Mythical Account and your Winter Wallet match. If you purchased your helmet through Winter and it's in a Winter Wallet with an email that differs from your email attached to your Mythical account, please reach out to help@usewinter.com for support.

Personal Wallet
If your Rarity League Helmet is being held in your personal wallet, please make sure you have the correct wallet connected to your Mythical Account. Only the Rarity League Helmets in the wallet you have connected to your account will show up in-game. You may need to go back here to relink your wallet.
* Please note that you may only have 1 Winter Wallet and 1 Personal Wallet connected to your Mythical Account at the same time.
I transferred my helmet, but I still don't see it in my inventory!
Once you have initiated the transfer process, it could take several minutes for your helmet to appear in your Mythical inventory. If you do not see your helmet in your inventory, please refresh the page.
If it has been longer than 30 minutes and your item is still not available in your Mythical inventory, please contact support with the following information:
- Any screenshots of the wallet error when trying to transfer the item over from your wallet over to the NFL Rivals game via https://nfl.rivals.game/rarityleaguetransfer
- Screenshots of any confirmation emails you might have received while trying to do the transfer
- Any transaction IDs you might have received while trying to make the transfer
- The NFL Rivals username you are trying to transfer the helmet to (exact spelling if possible)
- Your Mythical email address (if linked to your game)
- Wallet name/type (Winter Wallet, MetaMask, etc.)
The transfer isn't going through due to an error, or some other reason. Are there any steps I can try to fix it?
While there could be a variety of reasons of why the transfer isn't working properly, we recommend trying out the following troubleshooting steps to see if this fixes the problem for you:
- Attempt the transfer again by using a browser without any browser extensions installed or enabled (such as the MetaMask wallet browser extension)
- Try transferring the helmet in an incognito/private browser window
If the transfer still isn't going through after this, please contact support with the following information:
