If your Rarity League Helmet is being held in a Winter Wallet and you did not move it to a personal wallet, please make sure that the email address on your Mythical Account and your Winter Wallet match. If you purchased your helmet through Winter and it's in a Winter Wallet with an email that differs from your email attached to your mythical account, please reach out to help@usewinter.com for support.
*You will need to write from the email that Winter has on file as the purchasing email.

If your Rarity League Helmet is being held in your personal wallet, please make sure you have the correct wallet connected to your Mythical Account. Only the Rarity League Helmets in the wallet you have connected to your account will show up in-game. You may need to go back here [Insert Link] to relink your wallet.
*Please note that you may only have 1 Winter Wallet and 1 Personal Wallet connected to your Mythical Account at the same time.
